Advisor, Media and Digital Innovation and Founding Board Member

Vanessa & Mark first connected with Aled in 2007 when he was the Chief Executive of Cineflex Camera Systems LLC based in California. Using the system throughout both ‘Planet Earth’ and ‘Frozen Planet’, the BBC changed the dynamic of aerial natural history filming.  As a result of these award-winning documentaries, the gyro-stabilized Cineflex gimbal became the camera of choice for filmmakers worldwide.

Based in L.A., Aled has a 30-year career at the intersection of technology, media and the arts. Most recently, he was the Chief Executive Officer for ‘TeleSign Corporation’ – global organization focused on maximizing the way the world’s largest digital brands interact with their customers through right time, right format content communication. Prior to TeleSign, he was a member of the executive committee at Symantec (Nasdaq: SYMC), and led the $2bn ‘Norton’ software business, enabling it’s growth in over 50 countries worldwide with over 200 million customers.

He also serves on the board of the National Conservatoire of Wales under the patronage of H.R.H. the Prince of Wales and is a member of the ‘Elephant Action Network’, led by Chelsea & President Clinton to prevent the needless slaughter of Elephants at the hands of the Ivory Trade.

Aled continues to work closely with Vanessa and Mark on the opportunity presented by emerging media technologies as well as new trends of content consumption and audience interaction. He also helps represent the company at the heart of the entertainment industry in Los Angeles.
